I graduated from Hartpury University studying Bsc (Hons) Sports Therapy in 2022 and MSc Strength and Conditioning in 2024. I also hold a level 3 sports massage qualification. I am currently working at Titan Performance Gym, Gloucester, alongside Adam Gaunt, as well as with Coventry City FC as a Sports Therapist having also worked with Wells City FC, Hartpury University FC, Hartpury BUCS football and Cheltenham Town FC in the same role.
I hold a wide range of skills ranging from Sports massage, gaining experience independently as a massage therapist at Soho Farmhouse and now alongside Adam Gaunt; to Sports Therapy, and most recently Strength and Conditioning. I am also a proud member of the Society of Sports Therapists.
Coming from a sport loving family I easily found myself playing sport regularly and staying active as much as I can, trying a multitude of sports, before finally settling on Rugby Union. I love seeing progress be made, either by me or my peers so having the opportunity to help people get back to full fitness and beyond is very satisfying for me and being a Sports Therapist lets me do just that.
